We couldn't have picked a windier day to go fishing! Luckily one little boy was lucky enough to catch a fish to make us want to return another day!
Of course I missed the catch. So that will just have to be a moment for you and your dad to have. As for Julia, we will be sure to pack some bait for her:)
Like any other creature Jacob catches, this fish didn't seem to have a chance once he was brave enough to hold it!
So the story of the day goes something like this..."I coughs a fish and he was bleeding, then we had to let him go."
That fish sure tricked us all! Just as the boys were heading back, the fish caught his second wind and swam back into the lake. Wheeew. Dad said he needs to get bigger hooks so they don't swallow it.
