Family Snow Day=Good Thing

This might be the only family snow day

we will ever experience together. Especially with the weather being perfect for being outside! Good thing dad let us watch a couple shows in bed while we waited for the snowfall to cover the exposed patches of earth. 

Good thing he didn't bother making crepes. (He didn't know I bought a box of snow day cereal...cocoa krispies!) Good thing he brought me my coffee...later to be replaced by my new favorite beer. 

Good thing I stocked up on it

Good thing he had shake rattle and roll on while we were rolling snowballs bigger than our heads!

Good thing he had a fire going in case we got cold (we were more wet than cold) 

Good thing his fort making skills are better than his snowman attempts

Good thing you could stand on me so you could decorate it

Good thing Julia likes snow and was pleased to find out that carrots dipped in snow taste better! 

Good thing we have each other to make the days more fun together! 

And nights...

Night time snowball fight that lasted longer than I expected and without any tears...that was a good thing! (Only because Julia gave us her fair share today) I'm not sure why?
