little moments

We have so so sooooo much to be happy about.  Even though I have quite a few moments with you both throughout the week, I just don't want to forget how blessed I am to share these moments with you.

happiness is....

seeing you read a book while walking down the street after getting off the bus  "click"


a couple days later and a few rainy days with Grandpa, you were "walking the dog" and trying your new rainy day skill with a yo-yo! So fun seeing you practice on your walk home "click"


watching you ride your bike around in circles in the cul-de-sac, while listening to "Fight Song" and seeing the asphalt be your new stage and your bike being the means of motion "click"


watching you play hockey with the neighbors and watching the older kids face when you keep scoring on them "click"


seeing you come down dressed and ready for school, Julia!  Did Grandma and Pa say something to you the last time they visited?


seeing you love and appreciate cut flowers, Jacob. You brought a bouquet of tulips to your teacher and sent some home for a neighbor. (i'll never forget the trip to Sams where your face looked like it had been marked with mustard after smelling all of the bouquets at the store)


playing catch with you Julia...oh how I love your expressions, your laughter and smile. You will be just fine little one (trust me, I know)

jacob, you were actually cheering your sister on when we were fishing tonight....wow! I hope that happens even more!
