In March...

Julia, thanks for being you. Even though you are following in your brother's footsteps...you have found ways to be unique.

This might be the last picture where you still look like my little boy:( everyone says you are looking older.

March seemed like a long month. Iowa warmed up a bit before we headed to Florida and then welcomed us back with frigid temps that made it seem like the longest 6 days! We finally made it outside  again to kick off the Easter season right. We had several egg hunts, piles of leaves to rake, basketball shots to be shot, and bikes to ride with hand me down shoes.
Earlier in the month we had some twin babies to snap pictures of and our little Gwen came over for us to watch. Both were a delight, but left us thankful that you two are grown.

Florida was wonderful. Even though it's the same adventure, you two managed to discover a couple new things.

We can't forget March Madness that gave us a taste of big time basketball...and farewell to a couple of our favorite players.

You two passed on a repeat trip to NOLA so we could spend some time with family in St. Louis. I'm pretty happy about your choice. Dad was able to BBQ some of his best ribs yet, as well as chicken wings. Just a little pre taste if summer.

You two scored some early Easter Bunny socks!

You even got ready for some April showers!

How can we forget our first outside lunch  of the season:) Jacob must be growing because he ate for 8 hours straight! You both even ate brown rice and quinoa!
