A Father's Day "Surprise"

Will you guys remember when we told Dad we needed to go buy some socks and take him to the park to see where you caught butterflies? Jacob, your dad has taught you well. You knew just what to say to keep our little fishing trip a secret. Yes, you yelled at Julia when she was giving it away...but you were the one who said we should say we need to buy a bucket of balls "minnows". That was pretty clever. You even understood we needed to eat before fishing so it would cool down:)

You had to be a little more patient when waiting for your first bite. Watching your sister catch the first fish was tough. However, by the end of the night we had a bucket of fish and a little boy who wanted to catch a frog.
