To my two love bugs or bug lovers...
Today marked the 14th year of our marriage. We had 10 pretty good years together before you two came into our lives. Now we can't be more thankful to have you be a part of it.
We love to listen to you guys work together to catch bugs or try something out. Later on today Jacob was playing with the grasshopper in his room and throwing it up in the air...right now it is resting in a truck that was made to store hotwheels.
We enjoyed dinner tonight at Sakura and you both made yourself at home in the bathroom. You both spooned out every last drop of soup and shoveled noodles and such into your mouths. You were not super excited about the hibachi chef, but always excited about the game of chase you happen to squeeze in after dinner while we were talking with a couple whose table we joined.
I have grown to like bugs because they make you both pretty happy...but I have really grown into loving two little bugs more than I ever imagined. I know what it feels like to so something/anything for someone you love. It goes something like this...collecting a bug instead if squashing it, saying it's ok to bring bug in the house, holding something you'd rather not or making a walking adventure more of a stationery one while watching 100s (millions) of grasshoppers fly from branch to branch!
