When I see this, I just let it happen and do my best to stay out of the way. I think this is the summer where you both realized, you have a friend. In fact, your friendship was very evident to me and the cashier the other day. While checking out I was delaying things a bit because I was trying to save an extra 10$...which I did. Meanwhile, you both are chasing each other around the displays and racks laughing hysterically. As I'm warning you about all the danger (sharp corners and concrete floors) it was fun just to watch you entertain each other with fun play. I had to relax and only could after I looked around to make sure we were the only ones there, and we were, so you got a couple extra minutes in. The cashier asked your age difference and commented on how well you got along. She continued to share how hers are that close in age but they never got along that well. That was sad to hear and I hope that's not the case for you two.
I know I sure enjoy my siblings now and looked up to them when I was younger.
On a side note: I'm thrilled to see toys being played with and it almost makes me want to buy a couple more...but I won't. Santa will:)
