Our Little Man Evans isn't so little anymore. Your new adventure on the bus went off without a hitch. Not even a tear from me or your sister! You even made it back with everything you went to school with...impressive!
The day went by quickly for both of us. In fact you told me, "I thought I was going to be at school longer!"
We had trouble getting much out of you, aside from the pretty believable "teasing" stories you told. The first one being you caught a frog at recess. The second one that you forgot to bring your lunch with you and had to eat a hot school lunch! You had me fooled until I picked up your lunch box and opened it to see the empty wrappers.
By the looks of it, I'd say you had a pretty good day! You even got to sit next to Stockton on the way home:)
Someone must have shared with you that you will have 180 days of school. You just couldn't get over it and how long it was going to be before you were done with Kindergarten! Should I tell you that if you listen and learn quickly, read instead of watch television, eat healthy and gets lots of sleep, play a sport and have good sportsmanship, practice piano and guitar...that you might be smart enough to skip a grade!! No pressure son, just have fun and be a nice boy...that will make it go quickly.
